REACH Media AWARDS

Journalists working for any publication in India and independent journalists are eligible to participate in the REACH Media Awards. 

Entries that focus on or highlight one or more aspects of TB are welcome.

• All entries must have been published in an Indian newspaper, magazine or online portal between 1 January 2020 and 31 March 2021 and must carry the journalist’s byline.
• All entries must be submitted by 16 August 2021 and must be accompanied by the filled-in short entry form. 
• Entries may be submitted through a link, in PDF or any image format (Jpeg, png etc) 
• Each journalist can submit a maximum of two entries. Each entry will be evaluated separately. Entries in languages other than English must be accompanied by translations in English. All applicants are responsible for the quality of the translation.  
• Eligible entries that meet the nomination criteria will be forwarded to the jury for consideration. The jury includes working journalists as well as scientists, experts and representatives from the TB community. 
• English language category: Two awards of Rs 40,000 and Rs 30,000 each 
• Local language category: Two awards of Rs 40,000 and Rs 30,000 each
